The Commercial Property course contains a lot of information that is needed by an Investor. I have nowhere found such a course that will be able to help an individual to invest on commercial properties. Well done Steve! Keep it up in helping Aussies invest on properties.

The property you purchased for us in Tweed Heads has received an application for a 5 year term with options and a sqm rate of $435, which is over $100 per sqm higher than where it currently sits. We haven't touched a thing to the property and they haven't even baulked at the price. To add to that, we had quite a few interested parties and were able to choose from multiple tenants. It's also looking like it will be leased with less than a 7 day vacancy. A massive result all round.

Property is going well, no issues at all. Had some valuations done around tax time and they came back at 510k–535k (purchase price was 490k). So can't complain at all. We should be in the market again early next year for another one around 500–650k.
